• Dogs are allowed onboard our vessels (on a leash), without extra cost
• Dogs are allowed on Porquerolles and Le Levant islands, except on beaches. Yet, dogs are forbidden on Port-Cros island, except in the village and on the path going to the dam (see map)

• Credit cards, cash, and ANCV holiday vouchers are accepted at the cashdesk
• You can also proceed to the payment of your tickets on our Internet website by secured bank transaction

• You can book your tickets at Lavandou ticket office (as well as at Cavalaire-sur-mer and La Croix-Valmer ticket offices in high season).
• Online reservation possible on our website
• Tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• We don’t accept reservation WITHOUT payment.

• You must show your tickets when boarding on the wharfs : paper version or electronic version on your phone.
• Therefore you don’t have to print your ticket when purchasing it online.
• Make sure you arrive at the wharf at least 20 minutes before the departure of the boat.
• Groups, mobility-impaired people, disabled people requiring priority boarding and pregnant women are boarded first.

• Our boats are accessible for people with impaired mobility except for Seascope
• Only manual wheelchairs are accessible, the electric wheelchairs being too heavy to load.
• We do not offer preferential rate for disabled people

• Bikes are accepted onboard at an additional cost, but with a limited number
• Bikes are forbidden on Port-Cros and Le Levant islands. They are accepted on Porquerolles only where you can find tracks suitable for bikes.

• 1 hand luggage + 1 suitcase per person are included in the ticket price. Any additional luggage will be subject to an additional charge (depending on weight)

•  Upon presentation of an ID, for inhabitants living in Lavandou, Bormes-les-Mimosas, Cavalaire-sur-Mer, La Croix-Valmer and Rayol-Canadel all year long.
• For inhabitants of Le levant and Port-Cros islands : upon presentation of TPM card (principal residence), or upon presentation of a proof of residency (second home)
  • For municipal police, police force, city hall, harbor master’s office employees and firefighters (from Lavandou, Bormes-les-Mimosas, Cavalaire-sur-Mer and La Croix-Valmer)
    Local journalists.

  • We do not offer preferential rates for students, job seekers, seniors nor disabled people.

• Group fares
  • Over 10 people : get a 5%-discount
  • Over 20 people : get a 20%-discount+ a free ticket every 20 people paying for their ticket
