A liability waiver must be provided for any minor travelling alone (form available at the ticket office).
- The company cannot be held responsible for any loss, direct or indirect damage of any kind, or costs resulting from the refusal to board a child under 12 travelling alone.
- Furthermore, for safety reasons, we do not accept more than 4 children per adult, unless they are supervised by professionals as part of school groups, leisure centres, etc. For such groups, supervisors are required to keep the children together and accompany them when moving around the boat.
Safety, Security and Health Measures
- The captain reserves the right to refuse boarding to any person likely to compromise the safety or tranquillity of the vessel. A visual inspection of bags may be carried out before boarding.
- Passengers undertake, in all circumstances, to comply on board with the safety and security measures established by SAS VILDOR, as well as with the instructions given by the captains and company staff.
- SAS VILDOR is not responsible for passengers’ personal belongings (loss, theft, damage, etc.) resulting from the natural movements of the vessel, sea conditions, other passengers or any other cause.

- SAS VILDOR strictly applies the regulations in force on the date of the service (safety, security and health measures).
